  • How do I store my products?
    All products should be stored in a dry, cool place away from direct heat and sunlight unless label states otherwise. Exposure to heat will cause butters to melt.
  • Refund and Return Policy?
    Due to COVID-19, returns will not be accepted and all sales are final. Once your order has been placed, a refund is no longer eligible.
  • What if my items are damaged or missing?
    Body Harmony & Co. is big on customer service. If your package arrives damaged or missing products please send an email to us at bodyharmonyandco@gmail.com with pictures of the damages or description of the missing product and we will work to correct that matter as soon as possible.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Once your order is received, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. Once processed, it will be shipped Priority Mail by the Unites States Postal Service which generally arrives within 1-3 business days. Butters will only be shipped Monday through Wednesday to ensure it arrives in its intended state. A tracking number will be sent via email where your package can be tracked at all times.
